A smart fermentation monitor designed to track sourdough starters using temperature, humidity, volume, and camera data. I built the full system using ESP32 microcontrollers, real-time sensors, and a live video feed. The backend (Node.js + MongoDB) powers data logging and alerts, while the front end uses Tailwind, Chart.js, and vanilla JS for a live dashboard.
